GDPR Compliance
ExplorerHub archives every version of its policies in compliance with Art. 5.2 of the GDPR (accountability principle). Every change is recorded with effective date and summary of variations, ensuring full transparency and traceability.
Privacy Policy — Version history
Privacy Policy update: Upstash among third-party services, retention of MCP and Pro subscription data, effects of account deletion
- Added Upstash, Inc. to the third-party services: rate-limit counters with IP address in clear only for the duration of the counting window, transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
- Added the legal-obligation basis (Art. 6.1.c) for the retention of the tax documents of the Pro subscription
- Clarified the retention periods: revoked API keys 12 months, MCP call log 12 months with daily automatic purge, Stripe events 12 months, tax documents 10 years at Stripe
- Clarified that deleting the account cancels the Pro subscription and deletes keys and log, except for the tax documents kept as required by law
- Aligned entries T-10 and T-11 of the Register of Processing Activities

- Added the MCP service: API keys stored only as a cryptographic fingerprint
