The competence frameworks browsable on ExplorerHub are third-party publications, reproduced under the terms of their respective licences. This page states their provenance, full citation and terms of use.

Licences and terms
Except where stated otherwise, framework content is reproduced under Creative Commons licences that require attribution. Attribution is not a formality but the constitutive condition of the licence: without it, the right to use the data falls away. Where a source grants no reuse licence, none is inferred: the rights line is reproduced exactly as the document states it, together with the citation the document itself recommends.
Changes from the original
Framework texts are reproduced verbatim from the official publications. Divergences found between editions, and the few corrections of typographic artefacts, are declared one by one in each framework's data and shown on the framework's own page. The navigation structure, the search and the links between frameworks are ExplorerHub's own work and form no part of the original publications.
