LifeComp is the European framework for personal, social and learning to learn key competences, published by the JRC (Joint Research Centre) of the European Commission in 2020. It consists of 3 areas, 9 competences and 27 descriptors.

ExplorerHub is an ecosystem of thematic portals curated by IDCERT, dedicated to the interactive exploration of European competence frameworks. Each ExplorerHub portal covers a specific framework.

Teachers, trainers, students, career counsellors, HR professionals, policy makers and anyone interested in exploring and understanding the transversal competences of the LifeComp framework.
