How to navigate and use the DigComp 3.0 framework

IDCERT DigComp Explorer is an interactive tool for exploring the European digital competence framework DigComp 3.0. It lets you browse, search, save and export the framework's content.

  • Browse the competences

    Each area contains several competences. Click a competence to see its learning outcomes, split by proficiency level.

    Use the search to find competences, learning outcomes or specific terms quickly. You can filter by area, level and type.

  • Salva e Esporta

    Save competences to your favourites for quick access. Export the data as JSON or CSV to use it elsewhere.
